If debt isn't out of their range, and it definitely isn't, they'll be far more concerned with what their getting in their own trials and how well those results line up with what distributors and retailers here in the US are reporting.
If it looks like a goldmine based on their experienced analysis, they'll not be NEARLY as concerned with financials at this point as the Lie-Monkeys are. Hell, they've undoubtedly already poured over the numbers, and will verify those with the audited annual report. Audited is all they're going to need to proceed, and I'm sure there won't be any surprises in the report that'll dissuade them.
