Don't flip if you don't see it right away, as it could be filed late in the day or even pushed back a week if needed by filing for an extension, but tomorrow is the initial due date for the annual audited report. Whether tomorrow or a week from tomorrow, the SEC will issue the "No Comment" letter so they can move to the OTCQB.
