The only reason for my skepticism is that SAIC has a professional reputation to uphold. Everybody does who is a member of a Professional organization like a Professional Engineer or an Accountant. One of the companies I worked at (a large worldwide resources company) employed a few of the larger consulting firms to do Studies like the one that SAIC supposedly did.It made sense from the standpoint of getting an objective third-party opinion, outsourcing engineering work, and I was told was also required under SEC rules. This stock trades on the NYSE. That comment was never explained to me further. SAIC must be hard up if they are going to manufacture a report that they know is not true. just does not fit. They do not seem to be top-tier EPCM, but they are not hard-up. |
