Hello Sugarmade and Seasoning Stixs Supporters,
A quick update for all of you. We are bringing Seasoning Stixs to Sugarmade (OTC:SGMD) in conjunction with Huy Fong Foods branded Sriracha Sauce. We think this is really important to the shareholders of the public company!
Sugarmade, Inc. (OTC:SGMD) filed an 8-K disclosure with the SEC yesterday and a few people are starting to trade the SGMD shares (up 15% yesterday) on the information, so I wanted to point it out to all of you – This could have a very significant positive impact on the Company and on your investment.
Many of you are familiar with the iconic brand of Sriracha sauce from Huy Fong Food, Inc. - The photo is below - it's instantly recognizable!!!
Sugarmade is very honored to have signed a licensing agreement with Huy Fong Foods, which enables us to use their product, branding, logo, etc. in our own products. This is a really big deal because the REAL Sriracha sauce company (Huy Fong Foods, Inc.) very rarely licenses its brands. We know of only a very few license agreements, but we are now among the select few.
It’s a highly significant event for us. We are preparing to launch the brand along with the Seasoning Stixs product we announced distribution rights for earlier this year. Please see above, for our graphic artist’s rendering of the new products.
We are so much looking forward to sending all of you samples of the new products, which are already protected by three U.S. Patents. Stay tuned for a lot more news on this significant development as we move toward our market introductions.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company is granted license to use the Licensed Marks of HFFI on and for products the Company is currently in process of designing and testing. The Company believes it is likely such products will be announced over the short term with marketing efforts commencing shortly thereafter.)
