with deficit spending are not jobs. In many cases these jobs are exempt from State taxes and in some cases both Federal and State income taxes and most of the time they are not permanent...
Smarter Government. Reminds me of a Government Group buying for Radiology Equipment in the 70's from a foreign supplier. When I left in 1989 had the brand new $800,000.00 Radiology room sitting in the warehouse all paid for. Could not install it as the company had gone bankrupt. The Government had bought 100's of these rooms. Had to buy a peace of shit Mammogram room because of some trade agreement with a foreign country.
