Great to hear Garrett is consistent. This self enforced silent mode can be viewed in many ways.
1) The pessimist would say "They have given up and can't afford to publish any more BS."
2) Company no longer needs additional financing based on share price and is happy to let that stagnate for awhile.
Obviously, option 1 is not likely since they could always increase the AS and generate cash from liquidity. If this were a scam and all they were doing was selling paper, then, they would have RS'ed a long time ago and kept dumping into the market with a constant flow of BS and bogus fins. As this is not the case, clearly, option 1 is off the table.
Option 2 actually sounds like good news to me. I assume they are running on financial fumes based on the public filings we do have and the two 8-Ks we saw earlier this year. This low cash flow mode seems to indicate to me that they are breaking even and living "pay check to pay check". No more frills and filings until we have grown revenue enough such that the money spent would not impact growth or operations. If I remember correctly, I believe Risk was advocating for the company to move to this model 5 years ago.
Perhaps it is the optimist in me, but, i believe more strongly in SNEY today than I ever have. I expect to see some progress by the summer of next year and perhaps even as early as December of this year with news about the claims and any financial progress.
