From what I've read, Spirit Spring Water is naturally alkaline which is far superior to artificial. Seeing as RMHB is natural not ionized (according to company) then it should be some of the healthiest water out there. Assuming the contents are all naturally full of carbon dioxide, bicarbonate, carbonate, and hydroxide ions that are naturally present in water, and not artificially added.

The last paragraph says:
"The best, the safest and the most healthy water is naturally filtered water that is alkaline. The Ionized alkaline water is dangerous.
