I suggest we all call our area Best Buy and ask questions about Ultraflix to determine the sales personnel level of knowledge and provide an education where needed.
I spoke to a Best Buy salesperson on the phone today. He knew about Ultraflix but said he had never used it personally. He was misinformed stating that Ultraflix is a monthly subscription service and didn't have any older movies. I provided him accurate information in both of those areas.
The more we inquire the more the salespeople will be motivated to become Ultraflix subject matter experts and motivated salespersons.
