Gotta love it when all the skeptics chime in to try and stir the pot to shake the tree. EVERYTHING that is being posted is based on THEIR ASSUMPTIONS! That is the one FACT you SHOULD remember! It is a clear attempt of trying to make CDNL seem like a scam by using one assumption after another.
When asked to provide supportive material to back up their allegations, all we get are links to things that prove NOTHING! Those links to people from HSVW show a profile with missing data and of course they fill in the blanks by assuming whatever they can dream up.
Then we have the assumptions being made from the fact they can't find the names from the two large companies in China that are involved with this HSVW partnership. They have chosen to remain anonymous by way of a nondisclosure agreement, most likely, which happens all the time in the world of business, yet in this case, it is being made out to mean something fishy. Really?
If that wasn't enough, we have this 12 year old situation regarding a very disgruntled USAR/Vast Mtn shareholder who has plastered things all over the internet and social media, after losing everything they invested in this otc stock. Due to a legal business transaction CDNL conducted with USAR/Vast Mtn to provide a service for a fee, it is being assumed that CDNL is now connected to this securities fraud case against USAR/Vast Mtn from 12 years ago. Given the FACT that CDNL was never implicated, nor even investigated, in this matter, THEY are trying to make other assumptions, as a way to keep THEIR 12+ year struggle against USAR/Vast Mtn alive. It has created a new audience by trying to involve CDNL & get new attention for THEIR attack campaign against USAR/Vast Mtn. It's so far fetched, it's absolutely laughable.
These wild assumptions being made are done for one reason and one reason only! TO GET YOU TO SELL BASED ON THEIR ASSUMPTIONS & THEIR CONCLUSIONS! Some will fall for it, mostly those who haven't done their DD or stayed current with the FACTS , especially the FACTS regarding the SPA Agreement w/HSVW and the FACT that CDNL received to date $1.1 million dollars from HSVW, that was used to pay off debts and for other business purposes to move the company forward. Their is a specific clause regarding CDNL BUYING BACK SHARES that is being forgotten.
The only thing that has frustrated many of us, has been the audit, which has prevented the release of updated financials to get the company current. Yes, been many assumptions around that too, but the FACT remains they are not allowed to release updated fins until the audit is completed. The FACT that it has taken so long is directly related to the CEO's very poor accounting abilities before hiring a CFO. That mess he created is taking a long time to wade through, since it involves international business transactions that need to be verified, which take considerable time to complete.
THE FACT IS WE SEE THESE KINDS OF ATTACKS, BASED UPON ASSUMPTIONS NOT FACTS, ALL THE TIME WHEN A COMPANY IS IN A WAIT MODE! Rest assured, these attacks will only increase, in an effort to get YOU to sell so THEY can benefit in some way. Some want a good buy back in price, some want revenge, while others have incentives to directly profit from the fall in the share price.
