Thanks for your insight which I mostly agree with, however I am a bit surprised about your $0.25 target on the announcement of a deal, particular as you reckon all shares currently sold up until $0.09 are phantom shares, as no real sellers exist until this level.
Makes me wonder as to why you would think people would start selling in huge volumes at $0.25. That doesn't make sense to me to be honest if a decent contract is announced, I would think long term investors would hold out for a bit more than that.
