Guys - there are 100,000's of ridiculous creeps out there.
Well, they have always been there.
They have been given voice . that is the difference.
Same thing with (actual not flirting) happy perverts.
Same percent as always just that in recent decades
they have gathered in places to become a local majority.

And of course now permitted to flaunt dirty creepy stuff in the streets.
