The Li offer will have to have an iron clad clause in it that the preferred shares can not be sold for an extended period of time and that the cash infusion is not dilutive to the shares. The deal has potential and could be great if they continue growth in the US and in broaden the market to china, which is likely the plan. The Chinese business people look more towards investing in a long term gain more so then overnight profits. On the other hand, If they are looking to just have a Chinese company then their logical course is to BK the american side, wipe the shares and more importantly the debt, and start fresh overseas. 3.5mil is quite a bit of money for that but it knocks your debt down from 14ish mil to 3.5mil for the same company. Food for thought.
Long and strong!
