(OTCQB:AMIN) ("American" or the "Company" today announced the signing of a settlement agreement to resolve a dispute between the Company, Daniel Dror and Mr. & Mrs. Wolinsky, whereby the Wolinsky's received $131,081 plus an additional $3,500 in interest as payment in full of the principal balance of a $200,000 secured promissory note. The Wolinsky's returned 17,940 shares of the Company's common stock as part of the settlement agreement. The parties resolved all their differences amicably and further the parties resolved all claims by and between them.

The Wolinsky's dismissed their claims after American filed a motion to dismiss under the Texans Citizen's Participation Act, which is commonly referred to as "Anti-SLAPP" statutes.
