Roger, I'm not sure the up-tier to OTCQB will be positive for the pps without the 10K showing improving revenues in The 4th quarter. We're going to have to wait for the 1st qtr, fy 2017 10Q, which has a due date of Nov. 15th, to see upward movement. That, of course, is dependent on seeing a positive move in revenues. I think we're okay here, we just need a little more time.
