i disagree in that imo they (CEs) do have *huge problems* with PTOI
and to be clear *imo* NN's *self planned* glitch of a few years ago was
their *rolling part of their reset* to another CE
that said .. will colluding entities' make up what they *lose* on PTOI (with P2O's
ability to execute) by *working* other heavily targeted OTC stox .. to replace
what they *cant* reset on PTOI .. absolutely
imo PTOI never deserved a $7.00+ PPS .. but equally so PTOI didn't deserve
to be compressed to the sub 2c level either .. imo *true value* currently ..
(until first sale is consummated) is $1.00 to $1.50 (call it $1.25) on an existing
IO of 125M ..
if the 2nd sale follows
on the heels of the first sale (within 12 months) and other material events
noted by RH in the March 2016's Shareholder Update are implemented in
parallel to P2O's first *southern state* sale .. i am not sure CEs' will ever be
able to reset PTOI back as is their *imo* pattern re: cycles of money always
being worked
key there for P2O investors .. *imo* is the last orchestrated TAKE UP on PTOI
was Jan 2013 .. 3 years and almost 10 months .. ago
4 price points imo will reveal just how *few* CEs' are willing to play NN's *game*
10c/20c/35c .. then 1.50 to 1.65 .. factor in *many* originals have a CB (cost
basis) of 80c (approximately) .. and CEs' dilemma is very very real ~
they have to pull *enough* GTCs to work the *math* so they don't trigger threshold .. and at some point .. CEs/SROs will have to *factually report* data
vs making it up as they go along
if P2O's *timing alignment* comes from *awareness* specific to tactics and
strategies .. designed to maximize CEs' financial pain (which i am not saying
currently exists but could very easily with other aspects addressed) coupled
with specifics designed to retain P2O investors with their shares for cash divs
(imo a very real possibility with the 2nd *southern state's* execution of 30
processors) then i expect it will be very visible to all with interest
imo unlike most targeted OTC stox .. PTOI is unique in who holds what and
from when ..
so for example if material events are 8k'd by mgmt .. and the decision is made
by X P2O investor to *sell* a % of their shares (say 20 to 25 percent) but
*hold* for future the balance of 75 to 80 percent .. that actually works against
the CEs/SROs .. and makes the visible *reset UP* .. even more pronounced
US Equities (courtesy of the SEC) are a totally rigged game .. but that doesn't
mean folks can't make $$$ off of the *protected* CEs' efforts (cycles of money)
and clearly there will always be those SURVIVORS who by sheer luck and/or
mgmt's determination and tenacity .. make *some* CEs' pay the price
i know exactly what i'm looking for .. both with P2O's first sale and afterward
and i'm very clear that i'll be *trading* a % of my PTOI *shares .. phantom that
they may be* ... but holding a core for future *undertakings* out of P2O's *mgmt* .. provided my caveats continue to be met ..
