The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares being sold in this offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 10, 2016 under the ticker symbol ATKR. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock.
