TOTALLY OT: Just ran across an AD/Testimonial for BIO-X4 produced on FACEBOOK by a company "Nucific". A bit windy made with Dr Amy Lee but did learn a few things I did not know and some reaffirmation of some things I did concerning the foods we eat and the human digestive system. NOTE: I do not and can not recommend the use/purchase of BIO-X4 but one can look at the reviews from customers. I only am saying I learned something new in watching the promo for fun.
