Consolidated net income available to common shareholders of $1.5 million for the three months ended December 31, 2015 increased $33,000 compared to the three months ended December 31, 2014. Earnings per common share (diluted) at $0.33 increased $0.01 from $0.32 per common share (diluted) for the three months ended December 31, 2014.
