The Guggenheim is displaying a working 18-karat gold toilet which visitors may use. The fact that a prestigious institution is displaying something made of a prestigious metal doesn't mean that what comes out of a visitor and goes into it is prestigious.

If someone thinks that a law firm that Rosen once was associated with might be prestigious, that doesn't mean that HE has taken on any of its possible positive characteristics.
If someone departs from a prestigious institution under a cloud, does that give them prestige? That is, of course, making the assumption that the firm is in fact prestigious, a premise I do not endorse.
