Wow are these real attorneys? Or did their teenage children write this?
But the wording does sound like they had the information from pumpstopper before the article was released and they also had shared it with both defendents before it was released.... is someone at the Rosen law firm actually pump stopper?
They claim the courts allow such lies to be treated as facts (regarding the short article)... hmmmm wasn't it proven that is not the case in the real court of law?
I don't think Rosen has a real grasp on the law and they are really making the system look like a big Joke. If they do not receive sanctions the court will have embarrassed itself with letting this crayon carrying window licking law firm to do as they please with no regards to the rules!
