No, not necessarily. The court can come down with a ruling on summary, issue a TRO or a settlement can take place at anytime between now and year end. If they head to trial after January, then yes, I don't think we will see anything until late 17. That being said, HJOE themselves can decide to file whenever they want if they decide their revenue far exceeds any reason to hold back anymore.
