The way it was explained to me is they can get into major retail chain stores such as Walmart target etc. if that chain wanted to purchase product nationally in areas without a dealer they would purchase at wholesale cost either way because there is three prices dealer price wholesale and retail. So for the areas that have dealers the chain stores in those areas would purchase from that dealer not directly from HJOE, but chain stores outside of a dealer network would purchase straight from the company until a dealer is established. So really it's just a matter of a deal being made and that's where people are getting confused IMO
