The share amount is determined by your ownership percentage in NTEK on February 6th 2015. I believe NTEK's OS was 725,000,000 on February 6th 2015.
For example, if you owned 1,000,000 shares in NTEK on February 6th, you would divide:
1,000,000 (Your NTEK share count) / 725,000,000 (NTEK's OS) = .00137931
.00137931 is your ownership % in NTEK on February 6th 2015.
Next, you take that percentage and multiply it by 181,000,000 which is the total share count of NTGL.
.00137931 * 181,000,000 = 249,655 shares of NTGL
The percentage that you owned in NTEK == the same ownership percentage in NTGL.
For example, if you owned 1,000,000 shares in NTEK on February 6th, you would divide:
1,000,000 (Your NTEK share count) / 725,000,000 (NTEK's OS) = .00137931
.00137931 is your ownership % in NTEK on February 6th 2015.
Next, you take that percentage and multiply it by 181,000,000 which is the total share count of NTGL.
