Election of new Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nets

Today, Nets A/S ("Nets") held an extraordinary general meeting to elect Jeff Gravenhorst as new member and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors as set out in the offering circular published on 13 September 2016 in connection with Nets' initial public offering and subsequent admission to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S (the "Admission").

Jeff Gravenhorst (born 1962, Danish nationality) is the Group CEO of ISS A/S and the chairman of the board of directors of Rambøll Gruppen A/S, ISS World Services A/S and ISS Global A/S as well as a member of the board of directors of Danish Crown A/S. In addition, Jeff Gravenhorst is a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry's Permanent Committee on Business Policies. Jeff Gravenhorst holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing, both from Copenhagen Business School.

Jeff Gravenhorst is considered by the Board of Directors to be independent.

Composition of the Board of Directors After the extraordinary general meeting, the Board of Directors held a board meeting at which Jeff Gravenhorst was appointed new Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
