Wow, on top off all the failure so far, now they're turning their sights on neighboring countries as well.
I guess they're thinking, "Hey, why fail in one country when we can fail in several at the same time?"
Sound strategy. It goes along with failing at multiple energy projects at the same time. Why mess up fuel cells when you can mess up hydro along with it.
What a scam as this point.
