well i can .. as i've noted more than a few x *here* previously
it allows P2O to keep their lights on thru EO 2016 .. (first $100,000)
the 2nd $100,000 (identity not currently known) .. allows P2O to enter 2017
if RH is able to access the remaining $800,000 .. it will allow P2O to remain
*operational* thru EO 2017
of course with this week's 8K filed .. those with functioning gray matter
recognize (and it was posted here as well) the *date* noted by P2O's mgmt
which eagle eyes may have noted wasn't in the 2nd Shareholder Update of 2016
released last week ..
