TY Cars for the updates, I actually did not get 8k news till late last night as I was traveling , like 17 hours on plane so that was fun
No harm no foul IMO on this 8K, auditors come and go all the time in the markets especially OTC, seen thousands of these 8ks
I wonder if the departing has to do with the "free shares for promoting XNRG" that never had a promotion anywhere in the world and the auditors are mad that they found nothing of the kinds and maybe just maybe, Jerry found out the auditors are playing both sides of fence has hired a couple of bashers over there that have not disclosed that are in fact bioooooooatch ass POS basher crooks, hmmmmmmmmmmmm
Anyway joking, as I read over there and please Lord take Marco out of his misery for 3 years every morning noon and night posting this is it, it is over, OMG!!!! LOL
