Collector publishes prospectus and changes publication date for its report for the third quarter

The prospectus relating to Collector’s issue of shares with preferential rights for the Company’s shareholders has now been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and is now available on the Company’s website www.collector.se/en/rights-issue and SEB’s website www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses. NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION OR RELEASE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES, AUSTRALIA, CANADA OR JAPAN, OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION IN WHICH THE DISTRIBUTOR OR RELEASE WOULD BE UNLAWFUL.
