There's a good idea of an average order. I thought maybe $50, but with most ordering all 8 varieties, the $80-90 range is more like it. 216 orders at that range should put them at about 18K gross minus any production cost so a potential 10K haul for internet sales. Not too bad a start and internet sales won't be where the real action is anyway, but its a good additional revenue booster.
