detroit city water comes outa the tap at 7.1ph.. Would it be advisable to use a tiny drop of "ph up" to bring a gallon of drinking water to 7.5+ph? Not sure thats how it works for human consumption but i know my gardens prefer the water adjusted to proper ph for those specific plants...
