announces that it has changed its auditor from Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chartered Accountants, (the "Former Auditor" to Anton & Chia, LLP (the "Successor Auditor". There were no reservations in any auditor's reports for the two most recently-completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the date of the Former Auditor's resignation. There were no reportable events between the Company and the Former Auditor. The Notice of Change of Auditor, together with the letter from the Former Auditor and the letter from the Successor Auditor have been reviewed by the Company's audit committee and board of directors and are filed on SEDAR.

(NEX BOARD: ZNC.H) ("Zincore", the "Company" reports that it's Peruvian subsidiary, Exploraciones Collasuyo S.A.C., ("Collasuyo" has arranged two new arms-length, unsecured loans with Grupo Inversionista Las Olas S.A. ("Las Olas" for US$50,000 and US$120,000 (the "Loans". The Loans, which mature in 24 months on August 12, 2017 and September 3, 2017, respectively, have identical terms, with an interest rate of 12% compounded annually and with principal and applicable accrued interest to be repaid at maturity. Any early repayment of the Loans is at the option of the Company. Proceeds from the Loans are to be used for payment of: some outstanding payables, property maintenance claims, and general working capital purposes.
