You can taste the sake and a perfect balance of teriyaki with a semi sweet taste.
If I had to put in order best to worst the order would be..
1. New Orleans whiskey cured Cajun beef
2. Tequila lime habanero
3. Memphis BBQ
4. IPA beer cured
5. Sake teriyaki
6. Black pepper sea salt infused vodka
7. Western-style outlaw
8. Rum coconut
This is my honest review and all in my own opinion. Keep in mind taste buds very person to person. I would purchase any of these flavors of jerky for any reason they are all very good.
