Well, subtract out the 800k shares which PTOI founder Mr. Bordynuik sold at around $1.40, since he brought up that information at the deposition a few years ago...those are real shares which investors bought from him on the market.
On that note, it's odd that former CEO and founder Mr. Bordynuik was selling his shares at $1.40 when at the time he said PTOI would be rolling out processors making diesel at a cost of under $10/bbl. $1.40/share would have been dirt cheap. Hmmm...it's almost as if Mr. Bordynuik knew the very words coming out of his own mouth were complete fiction.
