Flip, you are looking at a chart that has spiked on the Bank of Japan holding its rate steady. At the top of the chart is 1D 5D 1M 6M - highlight 6M to see the 6 month trend.
See those 2 dips into the mid $60? That is where you would like to start buying, don't buy all at once in case it happens to drop further than your original buy.
If I was a buyer I would bid between $64 and $68 a share.
Keep in mind that I haven't looked under the hood (perform DD) this is just looking at the chart you presented and my personal style of buying.
