Allow me to help you, Kanola..Chris Tesarski last said that Teco filings were in "final review" 38 weeks plus 4 days ago! Wow! Now we know that that is not a long time in the life of a sea turtle, elephant or a parrot! But in the life of a fly it means everything! I just wish the flies could bite and bite hard for saying this to the shareholders and not following through as of this date.
