I agree grotty...Sullivan/Ashcroft are not going to get into a pissing match and dash off to duel the windmill. They might go after Rosen and/or the colluding entities (credit-4kids), if they were pretty sure they could collect on some damages and have a high certainty of winning the case. They are not going to enjoin them in a lawsuit, just because a bunch of us longs would like to see Rosen/CE's get some street justice. But as always, WTFDIK?!
