I'm sure she'll be looking at that, but she's undoubtedly already acquainted with Win Morrison, who most likely brought Rocky Mountain High Brands to her attention. I would bet he knew her or knew of her through his work in real estate in New York.
Whether they stay or they go will likely depend on her assessment of their worth to the company. It wouldn't come as any surprise to see additional directors, obviously Lily Li herself, but as long as the cash they inject is being used as they see fit they may not see the need to replace the entire team that successfully launched this brand and got it to where it is now. I would think they'd want to handle that very carefully, not with an arrogant knee jerk "new is always better" approach.
Seems like she'd want to carefully assess each individuals talents first, and make only changes deemed necessary. The biggest obstacle at this point is by far most the available capital needed to accelerate the growth, and it's looking like that obstacle is being eliminated. Hold on to your hat, cause this is going all the way!
