Marketing is a simple idea that takes lots of money. I don't think they have the money to do what everyone feels they need to do. The RS was designed to alleviate some of the money issues and I don't think it has accomplished it.
I feel that there are many shorts that are deeply invested in the failure of NTEK. The price manipulation is a sure sign of that. NTEK needs more money and the only real way to do that is to sell more stock. This is dilution that can kill the pps unless people have confidence in the company and its prospects. One major thing that can inspire that confidence is AUDITED financials. The main reason I kept buying shares was because they have promised audited fins for the last 4 years. Now we find out that it will not be for another year before they "HOPE" to have audits done.
IMHO their biggest fumble has been in not doing the audits and not distributing the NTGL shares. There is NO excuse for the distribution of the NTGL shares to not be completed already.
I still believe NTEK can be successful but I have to point out these two glaring issues every now and then just to keep sane. These two issues have enabled the MM's to depress the pps and therefore NTEK can't afford to fund any of the major projects that people suggest on this board.
