So then I guess that means you have no proof that he didn't apply for an application.
I guess we can continue waiting to see what happens, maybe it was denied maybe it wasn't, we have no proof of either scenario, therefore we can only either wait and see or sell for a loss.
I choose to continue waiting. it's not going to cost me anything but time. And there seems to be an abundance of it.
