excellent response *there* .. it's always interest

*insist* that P2O has to have flagship *operational* for sales to be executed
it's a totally bogus *argument* .. sort of like certain interchangeable crew
members *insisting* that NYS permits can't be utilized *in lieu of* in other
far less restrictive states .. .. btw i'm not being *literal* re: NYS permits
it's due to NYS extensive *validation* that allows *some southern states*
to waive certain aspects of their permitting process .. just a reminder re:
*trolls/interchangeable crew slithering back there* .. their need to divert and
deflect from 4 basic facts:
1 ~ founder's tech not only works .. but it is disruptive across multiple levels
2 ~ current ceo has infused $Millions .. and most recently has *connections*
that added $200,000 .. which buys P2O into 2017 for time lines to *align*
3 ~ actual P2O investors .. many (not all) of whom have never sold one share
considering PTOI has been *trading* since April 2009 .. that *reality* presents
one hell of a problem for those who do illegally manipulate OTC stox by rote
considering PTOI's actual share structure .. with P2O's ability to execute
4 ~ P2O has numerous options .. specific to the company's future *location/s*
(among other aspects) .. which is why imo it's never wise to insist *outcome*
is known on any aspect pertaining to P2O .. only current mgmt knows the path
being *specifically* pursued .. and they aren't exactly the chatty type

No, I don't believe so, not necessary for the processor to be working to complete a deal. Processor number three has been tested extensively and data was collected for the NYDEC, including many metrics-- engineering specs., emissions, etc.
The outfits Heddle is negotiating with no doubt have access to this data. Of course, it would be good to showcase #3 but whether Niagara is the right place for that, I don't know.
As far as profitability, it will depend on the specific company and site.
As many recyclers have told me, much of the costs are for transportation and disposal of waste.
However, turning waste plastic into ultra-low sulphur diesel, at a facility that already has a waste stream on site, like a MRF, will cut costs dramatically.
