New Millennium Bank Announces 1-for-4 Reverse Stock Split

New Millennium Bank (OTCBB "NMNB.OB"
announced today that the Bank has implemented a 1-for-4 reverse stock split for its common shares, effective as of April 13, 2015. Under the reverse stock split, shareholders will receive one share of common stock for every four shares they own. No fractional shares will be issued, and the number of shares a shareholder is entitled to receive will be rounded down to the nearest whole share.
