$TPAC A lot of people seem to be worried about rampant dilution. While only the company can know for sure how much is being diluted, I want to bring up a Tweet from a few months back.

@CountryMac1 Just in from the TA --- O/S: 3.57B, Outstanding Non Restricted: 3.12B

Many of you remember we were being steadily driven down, with accusations of massive dilution, "hundreds of millions of shares", only to find out as we bottomed at .0006 that the O/S had only changed by 70M, some of which could have even been in error, as 50M were cancelled, as stated on the filing. According to the excerpt below, seen here yesterday, the dilution could have been the full 70M or it could have been as little as 20M. Just shy of 50M were traded today alone, with some selling on fear of dilution. People were complaining for months, blaming the large VNDM blocks on the company, only to find out that even if the full 70M was dumped in a single month, that would only equate to a few million shares in a day, referenced against the tens of millions of shares being bought and sold. It is being walked down. The tree is being shaken. The company may be diluting, but history does repeat itself. This will get pushed down again and again until the tree is empty and there is no profit to be made and no shares purchased by manipulators left(ie: they purchase .0006's and above, nothing sold by them below .0007 equals profit; next time they bid .0007's, and nothing sold below .0008 equals profit; though, everything at least one tick above the original purchase price, with a shake bid below the seller's hand is gold).

And to drive the point home with a small extra spike. The number of shares pushed through as shown on the Q end on 7/31/16. The Tweet came out on 7/18/16. That leaves only nine extra trading days between the Tweet and the numbers on the Q. I would guess that only a fraction, of shares dropped from company hands between the Tweet and the end of the quarter ending 7/31/16.

Also, from June 8th:

Just reported by the TA: O/S: 3.5B Outstanding Non Restricted: 3.1B

Source:

Float equals Outstanding Non-Restricted(OSNR, for simplicity)

OSNR as of 6/8/16: 3.1B
OSNR as of 7/18/16: 3.12B

Difference in OSNR in +30 days while being "massively diluted" and seeing VNDM, etc on the ask every day:

A whopping 20M shares.

If history is repeating itself, there is a bit of dilution, and a bit more than a bit of manipulation.

While some see this another way, and they have every right to do so, as it is their own investment, I am posting this in hopes that it helps at least one person reading this board not to get shaken out of their shares without knowing a clear set of facts as to why you are selling them, and who you might be selling them too.

To all picking up shares, congrats. There is only so much supply above .0006 that the sellers can profit on. RSI is 38. Lowest it has been, historically, is 27. That shouldn't take us below where the lowest level of profit lies, at .0007; then right back up.
