Trump: Attacks Like This Could Happen 'More & More' Across the Country
Donald Trump says that attacks like what happened in New York and New Jersey over the weekend could become more frequent across the U.S.
"I think this is something that maybe will happen perhaps more and more over the country," Trump said. "We've been weak, our country's been weak.
He pointed to the Obama administration's policy of admitting refugees from war-torn areas of the Middle East like Syria, in addition to lax border security.
The Republican nominee said that Hillary Clinton will continue with these failed policies, and that's why it's imperative to elect a leader who will "get tough."
"Our leaders are - I don't even say weak, I say, stupid," Trump said.
In particular, he slammed Clinton's statement that she would not use U.S. ground troops to combat ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
"If you want weakness, she's weak."
