I'm sure HJOE learned their lesson after PLN couldn't supply enough product or quality. And they know better than any how fast the jerky sales can ramp up.
Since it's all made fresh to order. The initial orders from many dealers and the online orders took awhile to get filled. I'm sure if you place an order online now the company has some in stock to ship out right away.
It will take some time for the dealers to learn inventory control and adjust to placing another order with enough lead time for it to be made fresh.
