ditto with that, now i still can't buy PNCH through on line order from my broker--Questrade, even we change the symbol and get a new CUSIP, but new shorties like Questrade just like the former TDA, they tried their best to avoid their customers to buy only allow them to sell, this is totally shameless manipulation, as SEC didn't put DTCC on this one, why they put a kind of DTCC on ICPA and PNCH themselves?
