ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 20, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW ), a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, has expanded development and support capabilities for its private benefit exchange solutions with the addition of a 92,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art technology and service center in Tempe, AZ.
The service center will house software engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, licensed benefit advisors and service representatives dedicated to serving employers and employees who use its private exchange solutions. The center will also support the company’s employee benefit technology-based solutions, including benefits administration outsourcing and consumer-directed account technology and service solutions.

In the first 12 months, Willis Towers Watson will add 400 people to its development and service teams in the new center, which is designed to house a total of 800 people over the next few years. With the addition of the Greater Phoenix area center, Exchange Solutions now has more than 5,000 people in 12 U.S. development and service centers focused on employee benefit technology-based solutions.
