Google their name and go to their website. It may give you a better understanding of what they have. To a degree it sounds similar to the Coates technology, not the standard old rotary engine.
And somehow they got picked up by Foxnews so probably hundreds off thousands of people had a chance to read about them. They did something right that the "Coates marketing machine" hasn't.
