Clean Power Concepts Inc. a Wyoming domiciled company (OTC PINK: CPOW) today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire and merge Clean Power Concepts Inc. with Canruderal Inc. an Alberta based MMPR (Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (SOR/2013-119)) applicant. "Canruderal has a Health Canada application number and very strong application submitted in September 2014." Said Shenher.
