(AGT) (OTCQB: AGRN), an environmental technologies company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Richmond, B.C. based Stina Resources Ltd. for the Canadian Distribution Rights for Soft Wave, AGT's patented water treatment technology. The terms of the agreement call for an upfront cash payment, up to $250,000 in future cash payments, and a 12% royalty on all Soft Wave Technology distributed and sold within Canada. The agreement is subject to approval by the Canadian Stock Exchange.
