With both past executive officer positions of public companies to entrepenuerial design startups, I bring a deep sense of team building, leadership and creative drive no matter the challenge, whether improving operating income to streamlining efficiency's in staff and org from 10 person team to 1000 .. a proven and documented resume of success for almost 3 decades.

As Executive Officer of ATVI ( NASDAQ ) as well the creator of Activision Value and Partner Publishing Distribution Division. : Responsible for the merger of EXPERT, HeadGames and Elsenore Multimedia as well internal studios of ATVI and creation of a Partner Publishing Group and new distribution division into the ATVI Value Publishing Group, Activision Minneapolis generating over 500m in revenue.
I have personally created such noted brands as Cabelas Big Game Hunter, the EXtreme Sports Series, precurser to the HO Pro SERIES athletes, Tony Hawk, Matt Hoffman, Sean Murray as well MUCH MORE. Integral in securing the partnerships with Major Movie studios and IP to include Marvel, Disney, Dreamworks, Pixar just to name a few, and known for unique fleet of foot design capabilities to bring social news and activities to the interactive screen and capatilize where possible.
Managed the robust catalog of ATVI IP and published over 2000+ sucessful products over my tenure. To note ..Cabela's BIG GAME HUNTER Franchise alone has generated over 2B in sales since its creation and is the longest standing IP and Brand in the ATVI LIBRARY.
Personal sales numbers in my career reach well beyond 20B and the tangible revenue accredited continues to this day .
I believe we are facing a new world with more opportunity than we have ever seen, more dynamic content challenges and a globe as our slate and we the leaders of today have the ability to shape the future more than ever before in our time.

Meet JW Stealey, previous CEO of IENT and now the Chairman of the Board of IENT.
John Wilbur 'Wild Bill' Stealey Sr. (born 1947) is a retired United States Air Force Lt. Colonel and Command Pilot. He is a graduate United States Air Force Academy in Aeronautical Engineering (1970) and of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters of Business Administration. At one time, he owned the Baltimore Spirit indoor soccer team.
He founded MicroProse together with Sid Meier in 1982, at a time when he was a major. Stealey is considered to some as one of the founders of the gaming industry. Stealey and Meier produced over 400 games and including F-15 Strike Eagle, Pirates! , Railroad Tycoon, Civilization, Silent Service, Gunship. Stealey ran the company until it was sold to Spectrum Holobyte in 1993.
In 1995 he founded Interactive Magic which later became iEntertainment Network. He left in 1999 and was subsequently asked to return as CEO in 2002.
Before Bill got the lifelong game bug, he was Group Director of Business Development at General Instruments Corporation. At various times during his career, Bill has also held management consulting positions with Strategic Marketing Consultants, Cresap, McCormick and Paget, and McKinsey & Co. He spent six years as an operational pilot in the United States Air Force teaching hundreds of pilots how to fly, and for a time was assigned to the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon while in active USAF Reserves.
